A. I completely agree with Bob Kafka’s and ADAPT’s position of civil disobedience and aggressive tactics. I say this because the government generally pays no heeds to the needs of disabled people. They are like the number 9 or 10 priority in their list. So, to grab the attention of government, public and media, the action done by Bob Kafka and ADAPT is actually correct. When things don’t seem to be going your way, you need to make some noise. Chaos always gets attention. That is the beauty of Chaos. The moment this came into news, the disabled people got more and more supporters and magically the ADA act “moved swiftly” and it was made a law in 1990.
